- Perform routine and complex maintenance across our campus, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Diagnose issues and implement solutions with minimal supervision.
- Complete preventative maintenance and assist with scheduled renovation or upgrade projects.
- Collaborate with fellow team members and outside contractors.
- Interact professionally and courteously with residents and staff.
- 3-5 years of commercial HVAC experience (certification required; additional certifications a plus).
- Hands-on expertise in electrical, mechanical, and general building systems.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and in various physical environments (wet areas, confined spaces, etc.).
