Senior In-House Litigation Attorney – Epic

We’re seeking exceptional attorneys to join Epic’s legal team. Your primary focus will be managing complex litigation and counseling on regulatory, competition, healthcare law and more. You’ll handle multi‑million‑dollar disputes, minimize risk through proactive counseling, and represent Epic in high‑stakes legal proceedings. You’ll also forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators to ensure compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the US and abroad.

This position is based at our campus in Madison, WI and requires relocation to the area; relocation assistance will be fully reimbursed.

• Counsel in risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments.
• Lead settlement negotiations and try cases; provide litigation strategy and representation.
• Represent Epic in high‑stakes legal proceedings, including regulatory, competition, and healthcare disputes.

• JD with experience in complex litigation and risk mitigation; regulatory and privacy litigation experience is a plus.
• Strong academic and professional background.
• Excellent communication, writing, analytic skills and eye for detail; creative mind.
• Relocation to Madison, WI necessary and fully reimbursed.
• COVID‑19 vaccination required.
