Description
The National Security Sector at Leidos currently has an opening for Trainer to work at the Langley, Va customer office. This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience helping with the ACCA5JI JINTACCS mission. In this mission the successful candidate will understand the DoD iSMART process / tool(s) to prepare and deliver student training.
Position requires a
Current or Active DoD Secret security clearance.
Provide technical assistance to users on the iSMART process and the government designated software tool to acquisition programs and other users. This includes answering questions as a help desk for the software.
Prepare and deliver updated training materials and conduct training (2 classes/year) for approximately 8-10 students per class. Coordinate with vendor as necessary.
Research and gather information to develop Background Papers, staff studies, Talking Papers, or presentation materials as assigned by the Government.
- Education/
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as computer science, engineering, or information technology and 4 or more years managing a USAF program. - IT Project and Data Management
Experience:
At least two (2) years of demonstrated technical experience organizing comprehensive IT projects and applicable data management. - Security+ Certification:
Possession of a current Security+ certification. - iSMART
Experience:
At least two (2) years of experience with the iSMART process and toolsets. - TDL Network and Military Standards
Experience:
At least one (1) year of demonstrated experience with TDL networks and familiarity with applicable military standards (US Mil-Std 3011, 6011, 6016, 6017, 6020, 6040, 188-220, and ). - Security Clearance:
Current or Active DoD Secret security clearance.
