The Vice President of IT Operations is responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of the organization’s technology infrastructure, applications and operational services. This role oversees IT Support

- Oversee IT support operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery and user satisfaction.
- Implement ITIL-based processes for incident, problem, and change management.
- Responsible for the operations of ITM/ATMs.
- Oversee enterprise infrastructure including networks, servers, storage, and cloud environments.
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and disaster recovery readiness.
- Oversee application administration, upgrades, and performance optimization.
- Ensure integration and interoperability across business systems.
- Partner with Information Security to maintain secure and compliant IT operations.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and industry standards.
- Drive automation and process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Monitor KPIs and SLAs for IT services and infrastructure performance.
- Manage contracts for support, infrastructure and application services.
- Optimize operational budgets and technology investments.
- Lead IT support, infrastructure, and application teams.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
ITIL certification or equivalent strongly preferred.
Additional certifications in cloud technologies, networking, or enterprise systems are a plus.
- Minimum 5 - 8 years’ experience in IT operations leadership roles.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in IT operations
- Expertise in ITIL frameworks and service management.
- Strong background in infrastructure (on‑prem and cloud), networking, and enterprise applications.
- Experience with disaster recovery planning and business continuity.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and compliance requirements.
- Ability to lead diverse technical teams and communicate effectively with executives and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex IT environments.
- Skilled in managing large‑scale IT projects and operational initiatives.
- Deep understanding of infrastructure, networking, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional IT support and user experience.
- Ability to align IT operations with organizational goals and future growth.
- Comfortable working in fast‑paced environments and managing change effectively.
