The Vice President of Technology Solutions is a senior technology leader responsible for driving innovation, delivering enterprise technology solutions, and ensuring alignment between IT initiatives and business objectives. This role oversees Software Development, Business Analysis, and Core Enterprise Systems, providing strategic direction and operational leadership to enable digital transformation and optimize organizational performance.

• Develop and execute the technology solutions roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
• Drive innovation through emerging technologies, automation, and process optimization.
• Manage and enhance core enterprise platforms and integrations.
• Ensure system reliability, scalability, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Oversee software development, lifecycle, business analysis, and automation initiatives.
• Implement best practices for agile development, Dev Ops, and continuous improvement.
• Establish IT policies, standards, and security development frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and cybersecurity requirements.
• Lead and mentor department heads for Development, Business Analysis, and Enterprise Systems.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
• Assist in the management of technology budgets and optimize investments.
• Negotiate and maintain strategic vendor relationships.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
• Valid certification related to Strategy & Governance, Security & Risk, Project & Agile Leadership, Cloud & Enterprise Architecture and IT Service Management & General Leadership OR 8-10 years of experience in information technology and leadership.
• 5 - 8 years' experience in senior IT leadership roles with responsibility for enterprise systems, software development, and technology strategy.
• Proven track record in leading modernization initiatives, including cloud migration, automation, and system integration.
• Experience managing mission-critical platforms such as ERP, CRM, or core banking systems. Knowledge of using Jack Henry Symitar Ease.
• Hands-on experience implementing agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and Dev Ops culture.
• Skilled in negotiating large-scale technology contracts and managing strategic vendor relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi-million-dollar technology budgets and optimize investments.
• Familiarity with financial services regulations, cybersecurity frameworks, and data privacy laws.
• Experience partnering with business units to deliver technology solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
• Deep understanding of system design, integration, and scalability principles.
• Knowledge of AI/ML applications, and workflow optimization.
• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and hybrid infrastructure strategies.
• Understanding of data governance, analytics platforms, and business intelligence tools.
• Awareness of trends in fintech, digital banking, and customer experience technologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
