System Administrator – ITA International

ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a highly skilled System Administrator to maintain and optimize ITA’s enterprise systems. This role administers our Microsoft Office and Azure Cloud environments, diagnoses and resolves hardware, software, and network issues for Windows PCs and Apple devices, documents remediation steps, configures and upgrades network equipment, manages security, and aligns technology solutions with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Provide end‑to‑end support for hardware, software, firmware, and network issues on Windows PCs and Apple devices, documenting all troubleshooting steps.
- Manage and maintain cloud services including Azure Entra , Intune, Power Apps, Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Design and implement automated solutions for Azure and Office 365 using Power Shell scripting.
- Collaborate with development teams to provision and manage Azure virtual resources that support application deployment and scalability.
- Oversee security and compliance configurations across Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Azure Entra , Microsoft Sentinel, and Microsoft Purview.
- Maintain accurate inventory and security records for all PCs, Macs, and iPads.
- 5 years of experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows OS and hardware.
- 1 year of experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Apple macOS.
- 2 years of experience with Power Shell for automation and management in Azure AD, Office 365, or Power Platform.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Office 365, Power Apps and Azure Cloud Administration.
- Solid understanding of security and risk management principles in a business environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Microsoft Azure certifications in Fundamentals, Security, and/or Office 365 Administration.
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Cloud architecture and its core components.
- Experience deploying and managing Azure Virtual Machines.
- Strong understanding of networking protocols and support requirements.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Compliance, Identity, and Security Solutions.
