Comp:
Up to $160k/year + 15% bonus

• Drive Enterprise Initiatives:
  Lead the planning and execution of large-scale, cross-functional programs that align technology capabilities with business goals.
• Solution Leadership:
  Translate business needs into high-level technical direction; guide teams toward effective, scalable, and sustainable solutions.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
  Partner with executives, business leaders, and technical teams to ensure shared understanding and strategic alignment.

• 10+ years of experience in technology, consulting, or enterprise solution delivery (experience in leadership or program management preferred).
• Proven success leading large enterprise initiatives with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
• Strong ability to speak technical at a conceptual or architectural level — with the confidence to engage senior technical leaders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically while driving practical execution.
• Team-oriented leader who inspires collaboration and innovation.
• Curious, creative, and eager to explore new technologies and ideas.
