A healthcare provider is looking for a Nurse Extern to join their Advancement Training program in Newport News, Virginia. This 6-week program involves working under supervision, providing personal care to patients, and performing various approved tasks such as wound care and EKGs. Candidates must be enrolled in a nursing program with a minimum GPA of 2.5 and have completed Nursing Fundamentals and 40 hours of direct patient care.
