Clinic Director – Physical Therapist

OSC Physical Therapy Center is seeking a Clinic Director (Physical Therapist) to lead our modern, collaborative team in Newport News, VA. This role blends hands-on patient care with clinic leadership, operations, and team development.

What You’ll Do

Clinical Care

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care for an orthopaedic population
• Provide hands-on treatment including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, modalities, and neuromuscular re-education
• Maintain high standards of clinical quality and patient outcomes

Leadership & Operations

• Serve as Clinic Director overseeing daily clinic operations and workflow
• Lead, mentor, and supervise Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants
• Foster a positive, collaborative team culture focused on growth and accountability
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, documentation, and payer requirements
• Monitor clinic performance metrics including productivity, scheduling, and patient satisfaction
• Communicate regularly with physicians, referral sources, and care partners
• Participate in program development, marketing, and community outreach
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of staff

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Licensed Physical Therapist in Virginia (or eligible for licensure)
• Previous leadership or clinic management experience preferred (mentorship available for emerging leaders)
• Strong clinical skills with a passion for orthopaedic care
• Excellent communication, organization, and team-building skills
• Motivated leader who values quality care, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Located in the Port Warwick area of Newport News, OSC Physical Therapy Center is a state-of-the-art outpatient clinic specializing in orthopaedic and post-surgical rehabilitation. Our team includes experienced PTs and PTAs with specialties in dry needling, FMS/SFMA, kinesiotaping, corrective exercise, and manual therapy.
