Responsibilities
  • Administers, conducts, evaluates and supervises the implementation of behavioral assessment measures (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland) and functional assessment measures
  • Develops individualized, evidence-based, culturally sensitive goals and objectives for home, community, and center-based programs
  • Designs behavior support plans based on functional assessment data
  • Ensures data collection systems are implemented so quantifiable behavioral data is collected at regular intervals to evaluate behavior plans and progress toward goals
  • Trains and supports behavior therapists on proper implementation of educational and clinical behavior programs, data collection systems, etc. in home, community, and center
  • Conducts regular parent training and consultation as prescribed
  • Completes re-assessments and writes reports per insurance guidelines
  • Participates in regular clinical meetings
  • Agrees to complete 28 hours of patient care time per work week
  • Completes documentation of services in a timely manner
  • Qualified Behavior Analysts supervise RBTs
  • Remains current regarding research and evidence-based practices
  • Completes competency assessments for RBTs per Health Pro Pediatrics policy timelines
  • Competently delivers services via telehealth when necessary
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date CAQH profile and NPI
  • Collaborates and coordinates care with other evidenced-based disciplines, medical providers, and educators
  • Completes and maintains all mandatory in-house trainings, including telehealth, within organization policy timelines
  • Completes accurate billing practices in the electronic practice management system
  • Adheres to the Behavior Analyst Certification Board’s The Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts
  • Additional tasks as assigned by supervisor
