Overview

Talkiatry is seeking experienced licensed Therapists, including social workers, counselors, and marriage and family therapists (LCSWs, LMFTs, LMHCs, LPCs, LCPCs, LPCCs) to join our team of providers. You will provide high-quality psychotherapy and coordinated care for your patients, collaborate with a dynamic team of Providers including psychiatrists and nurse practitioners, and use our integrated EMR and other tools to support patient care.

The base pay range is $70,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr.

• Provide high-quality psychotherapy and coordinated care for patients.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and other providers to diagnose, manage, and treat patients using a variety of interventions and modalities.
• Work independently and with a team of behavioral health providers and support staff.
• Utilize our custom technology and integrated EMR to support patient messaging, track patient progress, and gain insights into outcomes.

• Licensed to practice independently in the state(s) where you intend to work.
• Active and unrestricted state license; willingness and ability to obtain additional state licensure as requested (Talkiatry covers相关 costs).
• Excellent clinical knowledge, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience caring for a diverse mix of patients with anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions.
• Technical proficiency with EMR tools and ability to learn new systems.
