Position Overview
OSC is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our outpatient clinic team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while collaborating closely with clinical and administrative staff to support positive patient outcomes and clinic success.
The ideal candidate is a motivated clinician who values evidence-based practice, teamwork, and professional growth in a supportive outpatient environment.

Key Responsibilities
Clinical Responsibilities

• Maintain a consistent patient caseload for evaluations and treatment sessions

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and movement assessments

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions

• Deliver therapeutic interventions including:
o Therapeutic exercise
o Manual therapy
o Neuromuscular re-education
o Balance and functional training
o Modalities as appropriate

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on outcomes

• Complete accurate and timely documentation, including evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries

• Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention

• Communicate effectively with referring providers and interdisciplinary team members

• Supervise and collaborate with LPTAs, PT Techs, and students as appropriate

• Maintain compliance with all clinical, safety, ethical, and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program (Master’s or Doctorate preferred)

• Active or eligible Virginia Physical Therapist license

• Minimum of 1–3 years of outpatient Physical Therapy experience preferred

• Strong clinical reasoning, documentation, and patient communication skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based outpatient setting

• Current BLS/CPR certification (or ability to obtain)

• Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 annually (DOE)
