Sentara Port Warwick is now hiring a Full‑Time Vascular Lab Technologist for the Hampton Roads area in VA! Coverage includes Sentara Careplex, Sentara Williamsburg, Sentara Obici and surrounding areas as needed.

Newport‑News, VA

Rotating shift:
Monday‑Friday, dayshift 8:00‑4:30 p.m. with rotating call and weekend coverage.

A Vascular Lab Technologist performs non‑invasive vascular testing procedures and writes preliminary interpretations. Assists physicians in determining appropriate testing based on clinical assessment and symptoms.

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Ultrasound technology with a focus on vascular or Ultrasound/vascular technology required. In lieu of a degree:
  Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) or Registered Vascular Specialist (RVS).
• Minimum 12 months of vascular testing experience with at least 600 non‑invasive vascular examinations performed under supervision.
• Registered Vascular Specialist (RVS) certification required OR Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) required.
• BLS/Basic Life Support required.
• Related experience preferred.
