Position Overview

As a Residential Aide, you will be a member of a multidisciplinary team delivering quality care in a residential addiction recovery environment. You will provide continuous patient care, supervision, role modeling, and maintain structure for patients entering treatment.

• Ensure the wellbeing of patients and provide a safe, supportive, structured environment
• Serve as a resource for new patients—introducing them to peers and teammates, explaining programs, encouraging participation
• Participate in the treatment team, offering continuous care, supervision, and interaction
• Demonstrate a positive, empathetic, professional attitude toward patients and teammates
• Model de‑escalation techniques, active listening, appropriate tone/volume, positive reinforcement, set boundaries
• Assist in monitoring safety and security of patients and the facility with teammates
• Conduct safety checks at intervals per individualized supervision guidelines
• Document patient records promptly, accurately, appropriately
• Provide or coordinate patient transportation as needed
• Assist with AMA identification and intervention
• Perform other duties as assigned

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Current valid driver’s license; able to drive for company purposes and travel up to 10%
• CPR/Mandatory certification (training provided)
• Basic knowledge or willingness to learn Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word)
• Reliable transportation and excellent interpersonal skills

• Minimum 6 months experience in behavioral healthcare setting
• Basic knowledge of addiction and recovery processes
