Our Inspiritas is a home for residents with Dementia and other cognitive care needs. The Life Enrichment Assistant plays a key role in helping residents enjoy each and every day through spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural, and emotional programming.

• Get to know residents and help plan and implement programming that keeps them engaged and fulfilled.
• Promote and communicate upcoming community events and activities.
• Participate in activities such as games, painting, singing, and music.
• Organize and run events, and showcase the fun through social media, email, and newsletters.
Ensure the Inspiritas‑Memory Care Signature program is adhered to in partnership with the Life Enrichment & Inspiritas Director.

• You quickly connect with people and love learning about them.
• You bring talents as a singer, dancer, artist, poet, historian, or kazino.
