• $85,000–$100,000/year between base salary and monthly bonuses.

• Run and oversee behavioral and functional assessments – including VB‑MAPP and Vineland.
• Create individualized, evidence‑based goals and behavior plans that work in real life – at home, community, and center.
• Train, support, and cheer on your RBT team.
• Lead meaningful parent training sessions that empower families.
• Collaborate with other disciplines, educators, and providers to give kids the best care possible.
• Assist with any additional tasks that help the team thrive.

• Must be licensed as a BCBA and hold appropriate state licensure.
• At least a Master’s degree in ABA, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited college or university and one year of experience working with children on the spectrum.
