We are seeking a compassionate, driven, and detail-oriented Estate Planning Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for individuals and families looking to secure their future. You will educate prospective clients on the importance of wills, trusts, and healthcare directives, guiding them through the process of selecting the plan that best fits their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Consultative Sales: Conduct in-depth discovery meetings with prospective clients to understand their family dynamics, assets, and long-term goals.
• Education & Presentation: Explain complex legal and financial concepts (e.g., probate avoidance, tax mitigation, asset protection) in simple, relatable terms.
• Lead Management: Follow up on inbound inquiries and warm leads provided by our marketing team; manage a robust sales pipeline using our CRM.
• Collaboration: Work closely with our legal team to ensure client wishes are accurately captured and feasible within current state laws.
• Community Networking: Build and maintain referral relationships with financial advisors, CPAs, and real estate professionals.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years of success in high-ticket consultative sales, preferably in financial services, insurance, or legal services.
• Emotional Intelligence: Ability to handle sensitive topics (illness, death, family conflict) with extreme tact, patience, and empathy.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to "translate" legal jargon into plain English.
• Organization: High attention to detail; you’ll be handling sensitive personal data where accuracy is non-negotiable.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of living trusts vs. last will and testaments

• A background in financial planning or a life insurance license is a significant plus.
