We support issues related to due diligence, compliance, contaminated land, water conservation, climate change, energy efficiency, and renewable energy. Our team provides engineering support on acquisition, divestiture, and energy projects, including project reviews, environmental work, and risk analyses. We work with global stakeholders and understand international contractual standards for various clients.

We are seeking an experienced Due Diligence Project Manager for any of our Stantec Government Services Division offices. The position can be remote, allowing collaboration on diverse projects with a team of architects, engineers, scientists, and planners across the U.S.

Job Description:

As a Due Diligence Project Manager, you will manage projects by gathering and assessing information, identifying risks, and overseeing project tasks such as client management, proposal preparation, project coordination, report writing, and site permitting. You will serve as the primary contact for clients and subconsultants.

Ideal candidates have a background in Land Development, Municipal Planning, Construction Management, or Environmental Due Diligence. Join us to contribute your expertise and grow with our team.

Skills, Knowledge, And Abilities:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in planning, engineering, architecture, environmental science, or related field
  • 10 years of professional experience in an engineering/environmental consulting firm
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Experience working with property management, brokers, and subcontractors
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and exercise sound judgment
