The business is a well-established mechanical contractor with a strong project pipeline and a long-term view on developing talent. They re looking for someone they can invest in, train properly, and grow with the team.

• Development: Structured training and mentoring with clear progression toward Project Manager
• Exposure: Work across the full project lifecycle, not just admin or tracking
• Variety: Industrial projects that move fast and keep things interesting
• Stability: Established contractor with consistent work and long-term planning
• Support: Work closely with experienced Project Managers who want to develop you

• Assisting a Senior Project Manager with daily project coordination
• Tracking and reporting job activities and progress
• Creating and managing submittal logs with a focus on turnaround and approvals
• Managing requisition logs and supporting material buyout
• Coordinating material takeoffs, procurement, submittals, and site deliveries
• Working with General Contractors, Subcontractors, Inspectors, Designers, and technical teams
• Assisting with new work pricing and change order estimates
• Monitoring labor and material budgets
• Keeping all project documentation and deliverables current
• Supporting system troubleshooting, startups, and punch list close-out
• Assisting with site inspections and quality control

• Background in industrial mechanical environments
• Experience with heavy piping, manufacturing facilities, plant upgrades, or similar
• Shipyard or mechanical military experience will be seriously considered
• Strong organizational skills and a practical, problem-solving mindset

• Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or currently enrolled)
• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, or piping environments
