- ** Education
* * Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine
** Certification(s) and License(s)
** Licensed Medical Doctor – State of Virginia Board Certified or Board Eligible by [name of approved boards]Current DEA
** Qualifications
* * Ability to make independent decisions regarding patient care.

Ability to document appropriately and communicate with appropriate parties in a timely manner.

Ability to complete charts in a timely manner.

Experienced in diagnosis and treatment of common medical conditions

Basic working knowledge of managed care and Medicare population

Pleasant speaking voice and demeanor

Excellent communication skills

Professional appearance.
