A company is looking for a Senior Designer who can lead visual execution while thinking systemically about brand, consistency, and scale.
Key Responsibilities- Lead design execution across brand, web, decks, social, and paid media
- Build and maintain scalable brand systems, style guides, and component libraries in Figma
- Translate creative direction and strategy into polished, production-ready assets
- 3-5+ years of professional design experience (agency, in-house, or freelance)
- Advanced Figma fluency (components, responsive systems, prototyping)
- Strong foundation in typography, layout, color, and digital-first design
- Ability to translate brand strategy into clean, compelling visual systems
- Fluency with AI-assisted design workflows (Midjourney or similar)
