TECHEAD is hiring a pricing coordinator for one of our client in Newport News, VA. The Pricing Coordinator will support the pricing team by validating vendor pricing, reviewing SKU data, and ensuring system accuracy. This role requires strong communication and the ability to manage multiple vendor follow-ups in a fast-paced environment.

• Review and validate vendor pricing and SKU data.
• Identify discrepancies and follow up with vendors for corrections.
• Use Excel formulas and VLOOKUPs to analyze data.
• Track and manage vendor follow-up timelines.
• Support pricing updates and overall system accuracy.

• Proficiency in Excel (formulas, VLOOKUPs, data comparison).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage high volumes of follow-up.
• Basic understanding of pricing math (markup vs. margin).
• Preferred:
  Experience in pricing, supply chain, distribution, or retail.

Fully remote options available for strong candidates in Eastern or Central time zones

Hours:

8:00 am – 5:00 pm or 7:30 am – 4:30 pm
