• Managing staff training, rotas, and performance
• Maintaining high standards across food and beverage delivery
• Ensuring smooth operations in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment

• Strong customer service skills with a passion for guest experience
• Proven experience in busy, high‑volume hospitality operations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Solid food and beverage knowledge
• The ability to stay calm, organised, and effective during peak summer trade
