Security Officer Mall Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to guests, tenants, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail and/or mall location;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols of common areas, parking areas, loading and delivery zones, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify hazards or maintenance concerns;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with lost children, disorderly persons, medical calls, and/or other tenant and guest concerns;
Monitor and/or control access points as assigned, help manage crowd flow during peak shopping periods and special events, and provide directions and assistance to visitors;
Document routine activity and incidents in written reports, and communicate observations to site leadership, property staff, and/or local emergency services as needed
