Security Officer Office Building Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors by following site-specific procedures and property policies and/or supporting emergency response activities when appropriate.;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of commercial real estate common areas, parking areas, and building perimeters, reporting unusual activity and maintenance concerns.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, requesting additional assistance as needed and documenting actions taken.;
Monitor access points and assist with visitor management by observing for unauthorized entry and following established protocols for keys, badges, and/or deliveries.;
Complete detailed patrol logs and incident reports, communicate status updates to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership, and support a professional presence that helps to deter unwanted activity.
