** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to residents and visitors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the residential community and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.

+ Observe and report any unusual activity, maintenance issues, or hazards within the residential location to the appropriate personnel.

+ Assist residents and guests with inquiries and directions as needed, promoting a welcoming environment.

+ Maintain detailed and accurate daily activity reports and incident logs as required by Allied Universal and site management.

+ Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services during incidents when necessary.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + At least 1 year of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience is required.

+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
