The RoleThis is an expanded Home Advisor role that includes both acquisitions and dispositions
, giving you full ownership of your deals from start to finish. Ownership is central to our culture and directly tied to how you are compensated.
You will work directly with motivated sellers whose leads are pushed into our CRM from our various marketing channels, manage a high-volume pipeline, set in-person appointments when appropriate, and close deals both over the phone and face-to-face.
What You’ll Be Doing Acquisitions & Lead Management- Work a high call volume of seller leads generated from multiple marketing channels
- Qualify homeowners, uncover motivation, and manage disciplined follow-up
- Set and attend in-person appointments when appropriate
- Analyze deals, run comps, determine ARV and MAO, and structure strong offers
- Present offers and close deals both virtually and in person
- Take each deal you contract through our company-wide dispositions process
- Sell deals to end investors from our shared investor network
- This structure rewards quality over quantity — if you take a deal down, you’ll also be responsible for selling it
- Develop the ability to transition between seller psychology and investor communication
- Utilize company provided disposition tools & systems to properly market your deal.
- Work closely with our Transaction Coordinator and internal team to support smooth closings
- Maintain accurate, disciplined pipeline management within Salesforce
- Balance acquisitions and dispositions responsibilities to ensure deal quality and execution
We offer a strong, balanced compensation structure designed for stability, upside, and long-term alignment.
This is a W-2 hourly employee plus commission role.
- Base Salary + Commission: Monthly base + 18% of Net Assignment Fees
- Contract Price = $500,000 to Disposition Price = $575,000
- Net Assignment Fee: $75,000
- Your Commission (18%): $13,500
- Earned in addition to your base salary.
Because you handle both acquisition and disposition, this structure intentionally rewards well-negotiated, investor-ready deals — not just volume.
