The Sales Associate sets the standard of quality in eye care and eyewear, ensuring every patient and customer has the best experience at Lens Crafters.

• Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives through cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Utilize optical prescription to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings.
• Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate with optical measurements to provide the perfect vision solution.
• Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with Optician as needed.
• Actively participate in a positive store environment, fostering strong, professional relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff.
• Take pride in store appearance, keeping displays and inventory clean, attractive and organized.
• Help foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with point‑of‑sale systems, computers, and basic phone and math skills.
• Embrace new technology and change with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to sell through sales skills and accountability for results, with a desire to meet goals.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written).
• Self‑motivated with demonstrated ability to multi‑task and respond flexibly in a changing environment.

Pay Range: $17.60–$24.62 per hour.
