• Experience:
  
  Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team.

• Assistant Store Manager:
  Open availability, including hours necessary to open and close the store (mornings, days, and nights). Minimum standard work week of 5 days; average 44 hours, with increases during peak periods.
• Supervisor:
  Availability to open/close the store (mornings, days, and nights). Minimum 5 days of availability; minimum 30-hour work week.
• All Management:
  Availability on weekends and holidays; punctuality and regular attendance; reliable transportation; ability to read and write English and perform business-related math; may require relocation within the company’s network based on needs.
