Food and Beverage Supervisor

Position: Food and Beverage Supervisor, Full-Time
** Food and Beverage Supervisor
** Train new staff and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for existing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Assist management with scheduling, labor controls, and other administrative duties

Ensure food and beverages are being served in a professional and timely manner

Interact with guests to ensure a positive guest experience Perform additional duties as assigned that may be outside of the normal scope of duties based on business needs

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Ability to collaborate in a team environment

Intermediate computer skills Prior micros or other systems experience One year minimum of experience in food and beverage operations Luxury hotel experience, a plus Healthcare benefits

** Ability to stand and exercise mobility for extended periods of time during your scheduled shift

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and for extended periods during the shiftor any other basis prohibited by federal, state, or local law.
