Job Summary

Restaurant Associates is hiring a full‑time Dishwasher at our PIMCO location in Newport Beach, CA. The role requires handling all dishwashing tasks, maintaining a clean kitchen environment, and ensuring food safety standards are met.

• Scrape, rinse, and wash dishes by hand or place them in racks or conveyors for machine processing.
• Wash pots, pans, trays, and other kitchen utensils following established procedures.
• Operate and maintain the dishwashing machine, ensuring proper temperature and chemical levels.
• Polish silverware using burnishing machines or chemical dips as instructed.
• Follow safety procedures, keep the dish area organized, and comply with sanitation standards.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors, clean surfaces, and dispose of trash in designated containers.
• Assist with loading and unloading supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned.

• Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience is required.
• Ability to work a full‑time schedule Monday‑Friday; flexibility with hours is appreciated.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is preferred.

Pay Range: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
