Senior Restaurant General Manager

Neiman Marcus is a leading luxury retailer that provides a curated product assortment, unparalleled services, and exclusive activations for customers.

We are seeking a Senior Restaurant General Manager who will oversee all aspects of Restaurant operations at the Mariposa Neiman Marcus Newport Beach. This full‑time, on‑site position reports to the Store General Manager.

• Maintain all Health and Sanitation standards as directed by Neiman Marcus, local and federal Health Departments, and third‑party sanitation auditors.
• Build relationships with client base to deepen client relationship with NMG.
• Support development of and oversee all restaurant promotions and special events.
• Communicate daily with the restaurant management team regarding scheduling, profit and loss reports, upcoming events, and any employee‑related concerns.
• Partner with People Services on coaching and counseling on associate topics such as training, payroll, and benefits.

• 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Advanced financial acumen including restaurant profit and loss analysis.
• Knowledge of order of service and proper placement of table settings, food, and beverage as indicated by the kitchen ticket and the guidebook.
• Excellent conflict resolution qualities with the ability to thoughtfully advise, counsel, and coach.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift and carry up to 35 pounds.

Base Salary
: $85,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year (subject to experience and qualifications).
