Registered Nurse – Premier Wellness & Concierge Medicine

Location: Newport Beach, CA

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with shared after-hours call/text availability)

Compensation: $120,000 – $130,000 (DOE)

We are looking for a sophisticated and proactive Registered Nurse to join our elite concierge wellness practice in Newport Beach. This isn't a traditional nursing role; it is a position designed for a clinician who excels in high-touch patient advocacy and wants to be at the forefront of preventative health.

In this role, you will act as a clinical cornerstone for our practice, supporting two physicians in delivering cutting-edge wellness treatments, including peptide therapies and longevity protocols. You will be a primary point of contact for our members, ensuring they receive the "white-glove" service that defines our brand.

• Patient Navigation: Serve as the clinical liaison for a boutique panel of patients, managing their wellness journeys and coordinating care plans.
• Clinical Procedures: Administer wellness treatments, perform blood draws/IV therapies, and assist physicians with specialized longevity procedures.
• Communication Excellence: Manage patient inquiries via phone and text during business hours, with the flexibility to handle urgent after-hours communications to maintain concierge standards.
• Pharmacy & Protocol Coordination: Oversee the ordering and administration of specialized medications, including peptides and hormone therapies.
• Leadership Opportunity: For candidates with the background, provide office management support or clinical leadership to ensure seamless daily operations.

• Licensure: Active, unrestricted California Registered Nurse (RN) License.
• Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of clinical experience as an RN.
• Certifications: Current BLS Certification.
• Management (Plus): Prior experience in a lead role or office management is a plus but not required.
• Skill Set: Exceptional phlebotomy skills and a deep interest in wellness, preventative medicine, and peptide therapy.
• Professionalism: Ability to maintain a high level of discretion and provide an elevated experience for a discerning clientele.
