Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with shared after-hours call/text availability)

We are seeking a high-caliber, patient-centric Nurse Practitioner to join an exclusive concierge wellness practice in Newport Beach. This is a unique opportunity to move away from the high-volume "treadmill" of traditional medicine and transition into a high-touch, boutique environment.

You will partner directly with two visionary physicians specializing in longevity, preventative health, and advanced wellness protocols. This role is designed for a clinician who thrives on building deep patient relationships and has a passion for the evolving science of peptide therapy and personalized medicine.

• Concierge Patient Care: Provide comprehensive wellness consultations and primary care services to a limited patient panel.
• Wellness & Longevity: Design and manage personalized health optimization plans, including peptide therapies
  , hormone replacement, and nutritional protocols.
• Collaborative Medicine: Work closely with two lead physicians to execute sophisticated treatment plans.
• High-Touch Communication: Manage patient inquiries via phone and text during business hours, with a commitment to being accessible for urgent after-hours needs to ensure a seamless "concierge" experience.
• Clinical Excellence: Conduct thorough physical exams, interpret advanced diagnostic testing/labs, and maintain meticulous electronic health records.

• Licensure: Must hold an active, unrestricted California Nurse Practitioner License

• Certifications: Active DEA License and NPI number.
• Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner (prior experience in concierge medicine, functional medicine, or wellness is a significant plus).
• Clinical Interest: Deep interest or experience in peptide therapy and longevity medicine.
• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to provide "white-glove" service to a discerning clientele.
• Flexibility: While the core hours are M-F, 8-5, you must be comfortable handling patient calls and texts after hours as part of the concierge model.
