The Wound Ostomy Nurse (RN) serves as a clinical expert for wound, ostomy, continence disorders, skin breakdown, and fistula care. This role provides direct patient care in both inpatient and outpatient settings while supporting staff education, product evaluation, and best practices to prevent hospital-acquired pressure injuries (HAPIs). The nurse also plays a key role in patient and family education, both pre- and post-operatively.

• Minimum 4 years of clinical nursing experience
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and patient counseling skills
• Knowledge of infection control and patient safety standards
• Ability to use wound and ostomy-related equipment and technology
• Demonstrates accountability, innovation, and customer-focused care
