Account Manager

Passport is seeking an Account Manager to support the day-to-day activities to creatively execute and produce client marketing programs on a large account in the nicotine category. You will be one of the client contacts, ensuring client approvals are secured, client objectives are achieved, and timelines and budgets are met. You will communicate externally with the client(s) and internally with the project team to keep all apprised of project status, updates and changes.

What you'll do:

* Build rapport and credibility with client based on trust, sound counsel, responsiveness to client needs and flawless execution

* Collaborate with creative, project management, production to develop solutions for client

* Serve as creative and executional project lead; guide the day-to-day development of client marketing projects from start to finish; secure required client approvals (e.g. creative briefs, budgets, creative materials, etc.); ensure progressive steps in the process are approved with adequate time to meet schedules

* Develop and update both client and project documents including: creative briefs, estimates, project timelines, media plans, status reports, and other supporting materials

* Review all documents and creative work prior to submitting to client for review

* Keep agency team informed of client requests and changes; anticipate potential problems; proactively develop solutions

* Organize client presentations, meetings and conference calls, and prepare relevant documents, including agendas, meeting materials and conference reports

* Able to build relationships and collaborate across teams, departments, vendors and clients to successfully accomplish work

* Strong attention to detail, organization, and professionalism

* Ability to effectively managing multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables simultaneously

* Proactive approach and positive attitude

What you'll need:

* 1-3 years of advertising or related marketing experience, with an interest in account and project management.

* Agency experience preferred.

* Knowledge and experience executing across 360 tactics
