The Affiliate & Creator Marketing Specialist supports the growth of Best Choice Products’ marketplace and DTC businesses through performance-driven affiliate programs and creator partnerships supporting creator-led commerce and performance-based activations. This role owns the day-to-day execution and optimization of affiliate revenue channels while also managing creator partnerships that drive both conversion and high-performing content ensuring affiliate and creator partnerships drive measurable impact across marketplaces and DT
Essential Functions &Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day execution and optimization of affiliate programs across platforms including Levanta, Amazon Creator Connections, Impact Radius, Tik Tok Shop, You Tube Brand Connect, and other relevant networks.
- Recruit, onboard, and activate performance-driven affiliates and creators across Amazon, Walmart, DTC, and emerging marketplace ecosystems.
- Maintain ongoing communication with affiliates and creators, ensuring access to accurate product information, links, promotional calendars, tracking, and creative assets.
- Track, analyze, and report on affiliate- and creator-driven revenue, traffic, conversion performance, and ROI across marketplaces and DTC.
- Identify opportunities to optimize commission structures, partner mix, promotional strategies, and content approaches to scale revenue and improve performance.
- Proactively identify and test new performance-based partnership opportunities across blogs, newsletters, deal and loyalty platforms, editorial, podcasts, and social channels.
- Support the sourcing, onboarding, and management of creators who drive both conversion and high-performing content, ensuring brand alignment, content accuracy, and platform best practices.
- Assist in sourcing and managing UGC, including reviews, imagery, and short-form video, to support marketplace listings, storefronts, paid media, and social commerce initiatives.
- Coordinate creator and affiliate deliverables to align with campaign timelines, product launches, and promotional moments.
- Support live shopping initiatives across Tik Tok Shop Live, Amazon Live, Walmart Live, You Tube Live, and DTC-hosted experiences, including creator onboarding, product education, and tracking setup.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure inventory readiness, promotional alignment, and accurate execution of affiliate, creator, and live shopping initiatives.
- Compile post-campaign and ongoing performance reports, sharing insights on content, creators, and partnerships to inform future optimizations and channel strategies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred. 3–5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, creator/influencer marketing, or digital marketing, with e-commerce or marketplace experience strongly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms such as Amazon Associates, Levanta, Impact Radius, Tik Tok Shop, You Tube Brand Connect, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of affiliate tracking, attribution models, and performance optimization across multiple channels.
