Aluma is the industry-disrupting platform built by injectors, for injectors.
We empower aesthetic providers to open, grow, and scale their own injectable practices with unmatched business support, branding, marketing infrastructure, and community. As we expand nationally, we’re hiring a Marketing Director who will own performance, operations, and cross-brand execution for Aluma and our 25+ injector partners.
This role was previously held by a high-impact operator + creative hybrid. We’re now looking for someone equally strategic but with an even stronger emphasis on ads, marketing systems, project management, and scalable growth.

POSITION OVERVIEWThe Marketing Director leads all marketing operations at Aluma — from brand strategy to campaign execution to ads and growth. This is a hands‑on leadership role focused on:
- Managing projects + timelines across 50+ stakeholders
- Scaling systems, processes, and repeatable marketing workflows
- Running digital ads and growth funnels
- Leading creative + technical execution across multiple brands
- Overseeing a small team while operating as a high‑level doer
This role touches every corner of the business, supporting national expansion and ensuring all injector brands execute at a modern, high‑performing level.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Performance Marketing, Ads & Growth (Priority Focus)- Own planning, execution, and optimization of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and boosted content
- Manage budgets, targeting, A/B testing, retargeting, and performance reporting
- Build simple lead funnels + landing pages
- Work with Allergan/Revance for co‑op campaigns and promotions
- Analyze ROAS, CPL, SEO performance, and recommend monthly insights
- Coordinate conversion workflows (follow‑up emails, booking automations, tracking)
- Oversee all marketing deliverables, timelines, and priorities across Aluma + 25 injector brands
- Build scalable internal systems: templates, SOPs, workflows, intake forms, marketing calendars
- Manage junior team (assistant + designer) and external vendors
- Support leadership with presentations, launches, and internal communication
- Maintain Connecteams directories, SOPs, and cross‑team organization
- Develop and maintain branding systems for new injectors
- Create core visual assets (logos, templates, specials, signage, ads)
- Ensure consistent brand quality across digital + print touchpoints
- Direct designers, photographers, videographers, and freelancers
- Oversee injector website builds on Squarespace + Vercel
- Write SEO‑driven copy (services, blogs, metadata)
- Manage updates, galleries, booking integrations, ADA tools
- Track traffic, keyword performance, and recommend improvements
- Build and deploy newsletters, promos, drip sequences
- Maintain list hygiene, segmentation, and deliverability
- Create automated flows for injectors and Aluma initiatives
- Explore and implement SMS strategies
- Build onboarding brand kits
- Set up core digital channels (Mailchimp, Yelp, GMB)
- Create initial marketing assets, referral cards, content kits
- Provide ongoing support for specials, content needs, and simple ad boosts
- Train PCCs on marketing basics + consistency
- Lead marketing for all Aluma events
- Produce landing pages, sequences, signage, merch, graphics
- Coordinate creative teams and event partners
5–7+ years in marketing, performance marketing, brand management, or agency work
- Hands‑on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Strong project management abilities (Asana/Notion/Click Up a plus)
- Experience operating in multi‑brand or high‑volume environments
- Design proficiency (Canva required; Adobe bonus)
- Strong writing skills across email, SEO, and brand voice
- Experience with landing pages, basic funnels, and website builders
- Ability to juggle competing deadlines without sacrificing quality
- Organized, structured, and systems‑oriented
- Calm in chaos, decisive under pressure
- Obsessed with performance, efficiency, and clarity
- A problem‑solver who loves improving workflows
- Comfortable leading but also rolling up your sleeves

- $90,000 base salary + monthly performance bonuses
- 3 weeks PTO
