The Sprinter Shop Foreman is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our shop, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining high-quality standards. • Supervise and lead a team of technicians, ensuring efficient and effective workflow within the service department.
• Monitor and prioritize repair orders, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to technicians, assisting with complex repairs and troubleshooting.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing feedback and coaching to enhance team members' skills and productivity.
• Collaborate with service advisors to ensure accurate and timely communication with customers regarding repair status and estimated completion times.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
• Stay updated with the latest automotive technology and industry trends, sharing knowledge with the team as needed.
• Assist in the recruitment and training of new technicians, ensuring a skilled and motivated workforce.
• Monitor and control department expenses, optimizing resources and maintaining profitability.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and employee engagement.

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Previous experience as a Shop Foreman strongly preferred

Pay
: $70,800 - $102,000 per year plus bonuses based on performance.
