** We’re actively seeking a talented Customer Service Supervisor to join our Annuities Customer Service team in Omaha, NE or Newport Beach, CA.
* This role is hybrid. We believe in empowering our employees to get work done both in and out of the office.

As a Customer Service Supervisor, you’ll move Pacific Life, and your career, forward by leading and developing a team of customer service representatives.  You will fill an existing role that sits on a team of 10-12 people within Consumer Markets Division Life Service Solutions. You will work closely with a team of supervisors and managers in a fast-paced environment.

How you’ll help move us forward:
* Actively coaching your team to meet benchmarks for quality and productivity
* Meeting with staff regularly to focus on skill development and performance
* Creating a pipeline of talented staff ready for future roles
* Collaborating with peers on responding to escalated service requests
* Participating in interviewing new hires, identifying talent, and onboarding new staff
* Collaborating on workflow to ensure great service is delivered in a timely manner

The experience you bring:
* ** SIE and Series 6 license required
*** Proven coaching and leadership experience
* Effective communication skills
* Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, resourcefulness and accountability

** The base pay range noted represents the company’s good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.$89,010.00 - $
