Overview Responsibilities- Be the first voice clients hear during a critical moment in their case.
- Work closely with attorneys in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Onsite role with a professional and supportive team culture.
- Conduct client intakes and gather essential case details efficiently.
- Explain the firm’s services and legal process with clarity and empathy.
- Evaluate potential cases and coordinate with attorneys on next steps.
- Maintain accurate client records using CRM software.
The annual salary for this position is between $60,000 – $100,000
, based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
