• Draft motions, pleadings, and discovery responses across a range of civil matters
• Manage case strategy with supervision but increasing autonomy as you progress
• Conduct legal research and prepare concise, well-reasoned analyses
• Assist in depositions, hearings, and meetings with clients
• Coordinate with partners and associates in a multi-office practice

• Active California law license in good standing. Candidates who have recently passed the CA Bar are encouraged to apply!
• Strong writing ability with attention to detail
• Interest in working on varied litigation matters such as property disputes, insurance-related claims, liability issues, and other civil controversies
• Ability to handle a steady workload and communicate well in a team setting
• Motivation to take initiative and contribute to a national practice
