The Meier Law Firm is seeking a Client Services Associate to join our outstanding Client Services Team.

This is a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on exposure to the inner workings of an estate planning law practice while providing the compassionate, five‑star service clients expect.

What You’ll Do
  • Serve as the first point of contact for new and existing clients
  • Guide families through the planning process with warmth and professionalism
  • Assist attorneys and paralegals with signings, document preparation, and case management
  • Manage client communications, scheduling, and data in our CRM and drafting systems
  • Support firm operations to ensure smooth workflows across teams
What We’re Looking For
  • Recent graduates with strong GPAs from highly respected universities or programs who plan to attend law school (or are exploring a legal career)
  • Extroverts with strong communication skills who enjoy working with people
  • Organized, detail‑oriented, and dependable

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact by providing a warm, professional, and welcoming experience for all clients and visitors
  • Pre‑screen potential clients and schedule planning sessions in coordination with our intake process
  • Support the Client Services Manager in overseeing the client experience through our CRM and direct client interactions (both in‑person and virtual)
  • Collect, organize, and enter critical client information to assist the legal team in preparing customized estate plans
  • Maintain office organization and readiness, including managing supplies, equipment, food, and beverages
  • Contribute to team success by actively participating in meetings, systemization projects, growth initiatives, and data tracking
  • Utilize artificial intelligence tools to streamline administrative tasks and allow the team to focus on high‑quality client service

Qualifications & Schedule
  • Priority given to applicants who are planning on working with us for at least 1‑2 years (Please do not apply if you are planning to begin law school in 2026)
  • Full‑time, in‑office position:
    Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM at our Newport Beach office
  • Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited institution
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Exceptional communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Professional, positive, and team‑oriented mindset with a client‑first focus
  • Polished, professional appearance appropriate for a law firm environment
Compensation

$23 hourly
