The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of experience in M&A and private equity transactions, with a strong knowledge of acquisition agreements. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating agreements, supporting private equity sponsors, and managing client relationships. This position offers an attractive salary range of $365,000 to $420,000 annually.
