PI Trial Attorney

Senior Trial Attorney – Personal Injury & Catastrophic Injury

Location: Newport Beach, CA

Base Salary: $200,000 - $300,000 per year + bonus based on settlement and origination

Employment Type: Full-time

• Managing cases from intake through trial
• Developing litigation strategy, drafting motions, negotiating settlements
• Taking and defending depositions, preparing for and trying cases
• Working with dedicated paralegal and litigation support teams

• 5-10+ years of trial litigation experience
• Strong courtroom presence and preference for trial-focused environment
• Collaborative, people-focused culture with strong leadership and minimal micromanagement
• Ability to work independently and support team wins
