Senior Trial Attorney – Personal Injury & Catastrophic Injury
Location: Newport Beach, CA
Base Salary: $200,000 - $300,000 per year + bonus based on settlement and origination
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities- Managing cases from intake through trial
- Developing litigation strategy, drafting motions, negotiating settlements
- Taking and defending depositions, preparing for and trying cases
- Working with dedicated paralegal and litigation support teams
- 5-10+ years of trial litigation experience
- Strong courtroom presence and preference for trial-focused environment
- Collaborative, people-focused culture with strong leadership and minimal micromanagement
- Ability to work independently and support team wins
