Role

We are seeking an employment litigation associate to join our highly successful team in the Newport Beach office.

Responsibilities

• Research case law to analyze precedents or similar cases for defense tactics

• Analyze all evidence for inconsistencies, logical fallacies, errors, or other inaccuracies

• Handle several diverse cases at a time with an exceptional level of detail for all

• Work both collaboratively within the team and independently to achieve the best results for our clients

• Draft, review, and interpret all legal documents for clients

• Establish a professional rapport with clients when needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s and Juris Doctorate

• At least two years of California litigation experience

• Provide numerous, verifiable examples, of defense strategies based on previous cases and prior knowledge

• Admitted to practice in California State Courts

• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point

• Organized with excellent time-management skills

• Resourceful and creative

• Flexible team player
