- Manage a broad spectrum of family law matters, including divorce, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, child support modifications, and more.
- Handle all aspects of litigation from inception to resolution, including legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, and representing clients in court.
- Collaborate with experienced partners and receive mentorship to handle challenging cases.
- Prepare for and participate in depositions, briefing and arguing discovery and dispositive motions, mediations, and client and opposing counsel communications as needed.
- Maintain a caseload independently while collaborating with team members.
- Demonstrate a client-focused mindset and a passion for achieving successful outcomes.
- Hold a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and current admission to the California State Bar.
- Minimum 1+ years of experience handling family law litigation. Newly licensed attorneys with clerking experience in family law are welcome.
- Demonstrated expertise in analyzing, researching, and drafting briefs and other pleadings addressing complex family law issues.
- Experience preparing for, taking, and defending depositions; briefing and arguing discovery and dispositive motions; attending mediations; and interfacing with clients and opposing counsel. Trial experience is a plus.
- Ability to manage a caseload independently and collaborate with team members.
- Current active California State Bar admission.

The expected base salary range is $120,000-$145,000; actual compensation will be determined based on experience.
