Adams & Martin Group is offering a base pay range of $95,000.00/yr to $/yr. Actual pay will be based on skills and experience.

Responsibilities- Perform e‑filings via True Filing for Superior Courts, Federal Courts and Appellate Courts, including California Public Utilities Commission (“CPUC”) and other municipalities.
- Adhere to special e‑filing requirements, styles formatting, preparation of TOC/TOA, create bookmarking, and pdf searchable.
- Preparation of pleadings, i.e., Corporate Disclosure Statement, Statement of Related Cases, Certificate of Compliance, Certificate of Service and PDF formatting as required.
- Documents retrieval via PACER. Utilize Microsoft 365 Applications.
- Manage and organize incoming legal information and research by ensuring proper archiving and storage of electronic filing systems.
- Problem‑solving skills and ability to multi‑task and handle a high volume of complex cases.
- Significant experience handling heavy litigation complex case load, document review and maintenance.
- Experience with Lexis and internet research.
- Communicate with staff, clients, attorneys, opposing counsel, court personnel, executives, and vendors (written and verbal).
- A Paralegal Certificate is required.
- Experience with e‑filings and document preparation for court filings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Applications.
- Strong research skills using Lexis and internet resources.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
