HR / Recruitment Consultant, Recruiter
RETS Associates (), a boutique executive search firm focused solely on commercial real estate, is hiring a full-time Recruiter for its Newport Beach office (hybrid flexibility). You’ll partner directly with firm Principals and an experienced team to build relationships with clients and candidates across the CRE spectrum. This is a fast-paced, performance-driven role ideal for a self-starting, sales-minded professional who already speaks “real estate,” communicates with integrity, and enjoys collaborative, entrepreneurial work.
Recruiting experience is strongly preferred but not required—drive, emotional intelligence, tech/social media and AI skills, and passion for people matter most.
- Source candidates: Linked In outreach, database mining, referrals, industry orgs, networking, targeted lists.
- Screen calls/interviews: assess experience, motivation, comp expectations, location/relocation, deal breakers, “fit.”
- Offer support: comp research, offer strategy, manage counteroffers, drive acceptance, close the loop.
- Networking & relationship building: coffee chats, check-ins with past candidates/clients, referral asks.
- Content/brand activity: Linked In posting/engagement, sharing insights, promoting opportunities.
- Continuous improvement: templates, automation, AI-assisted research, improving outreach and screening questions.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Prior recruiting experience preferred
- Real estate industry experience
- Strong comfort with AI/tech and social media
- Linked In expert with an established network
- Positive, team-oriented attitude

DOE. Structure can vary – base salary, draw and/or commission. Total annual compensation should be in the $75,000-$200,000.
