Talent Acquisition Coordinator – Roth Staffing Companies
Duration – 6 months
Location – Newport Beach, CA 92660
Max Pay – $26.72/hour
On site 4x a week and Fridays remote.
Job DescriptionThe Talent Acquisition Coordinator will report to the Talent Acquisition Operations Manager and will be responsible for scheduling interviews, corresponding with candidates and interview teams, as well as performing additional administrative duties and projects as needed.
Responsibilities- Point person for contingent workforce, assisting hiring managers with opening requisitions, partnering with local staffing agencies, managing contracts, and onboarding contingent workers.
- Support Talent Acquisition Partners with scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates in a professional and timely manner.
- Arrange travel for candidates through travel agencies as needed.
- Coordinate background check process, employment verifications, and execute the new hire onboarding process.
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition Coordinators in the Newport Beach office to balance workload.
- 1 to 3 years of related administrative experience.
- Strong Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word skills, and ability to handle high volume of emails daily.
- Ability to prioritize responsibilities, multi-task, and work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently, organize workload, analyze problems, and propose solutions.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on process improvement.
- Discretion and confidentiality required.
- Collaborative with Talent Acquisition and outside teams.
